The rooms here are spacious and have a special touch to them. the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment you check in until the time you leave. 😊

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The venue is neat and reasonably large with helpful staff members. The location is convenient, 1 mile from an art museum. The hotel is in nice area, so close to restaurants, and the Country 

The hotel's location was WONDERFUL, next to a good Mexican restaurant and the downtown area and the Plaza and downtown. I visited The Levee not too far from the venue for a few drinks. 

Great location near H&R Block Artspace, so convenient! 🎨 Plus, the service at the restaurant was top-notch, making dining here a breeze.

Location short walk to bars and War Memorial. Suite for sink in bath.

The place offers delicious hot breakfasts with a variety of items including salsa and made-to-order omelettes served generously.

Exceptionally nice location, it is walking distance to a museum and a war memorial.

The hotel is ideally located in a downtown area and I enjoyed a meal at Simply Breakfast nearby.

The location here is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to Westport, surrounded by shops, attractions, bars, and restaurants in a trendy neighborhood close to the plaza and crown center.

We just lost our mother and I wanted to take my Handicapped brother, 15yr old nephew and my sister to K.C. just to get away from it all. I had just been there 2 weeks prior and loved my stay. I realized quickly that it would accomodate all

Loved the breakfast and workout room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The suits give you more space to relax. Staff was very helpful...my key would not open workout room...told front desk and within minutes

What I did not like is that there are only two computers available for use by hotel guests. This is not enough. To complicate matters, one was being monopolized by children playing games. It seemed they never left. They relayed one another to bring in food & drinks and eat in front of the screen ! I did not like this. I did complain about it to the staff explaining that, in my opinion, a "computer room" is different from a "game room". My comments were ignored. I did not like being ignored. I conclude that the hotel is more interested in selling its paid wireless service than providing inclusive, effective internet access to business customers. I do not agree with this policy.
